Yaki Mushroom Kit - King Oyster

YUM!  Now you can have home grown mushrooms all year around.  Spent coffee ground, known as one of the biggest “wastes” in the city, is used as the fundamental “soil” in Yaki Mushroom Kit.  We inoculated the grounds with white colored mushroom mycelium.  You just need to follow the instructions in the article “How to Fruit Mushrooms Indoors and Outdoors using the Kit” in our Blog, and you will have lots of fun watching the magic mushrooms grow. 

There will be several crops over a three months period.  The amount of mushrooms the Kit produces varies depending on the temperature, humidity and air quality.  The first fruiting normally happens within 3 weeks after opening the kit.  The first crop is usually the largest, consisting about 50% of the total fruiting mushrooms.  Each crop thereafter usually becomes smaller; fruiting fewer and fewer mushrooms, until the Kit is spent. The interval between two crops can be from 10 days to 1 month. 

The Kit weighs about 800 grams.  Store it in the fridge if you do not plan to use it right away, and it should be used within one month after you receive the Kit.

This product is subject to availability.  In case we do not have any in stock, there will be a waiting period of 30 to 45 days before the Kit is ready.

HOW TO ORDER

There are three ways to place an order.

1. Online store on our website. Please note that the price in online store does not adjust by the quantity. If you want to order more than 1 Kit, contact us and we will send you the coupon. Apply the coupon online before checkout.

3. Text us at (780) 270-1078.

Please note that if the order is not prepaid online and we do not receive your response within 2 weeks after we send the notification for pickup or delivery, we will cancel the order automatically.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS

1. Cash only if you come pick up in person or delivery within the city of Edmonton

2. Cheque if the order exceeds $50

3. Paypal if you place order in online store

Please note that we will make Kit after receiving the payment if you place the order in online store, or if the orders exceed $100.
