Mushroom Grain Spawn 1L Jar - King Oyster

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The fully colonized spawn jar is about 1/2 to 2/3 filled with rye berries.  There are two sizes to choose from - 500mL and 1L.  The total weight of 1L jar weighs about 900 grams that contains 400 grams of spawn.

Store the jar in the fridge if you do not plan to inoculate the substrate right away.  The whole jar should be used all at once and otherwise it may get contaminated.  Use the spawn within two months after you receive it or the mycelium may lose its vitality.

We usually prepare spawns after the order is accepted, so there is a waiting period of 15 to 20 days before the spawn would be ready. This product is subject to availability.

Please note that special knowledge is required to grow mushroom from spawn.  For beginners, mushroom kit is recommended. The following website gives you some basic information on how to prepare the substrate (like "soil" for plants) and grow mushroom using spawn.

HOW TO ORDER

There are three ways to place an order.

1. Online store on our website.  Please note that the price in online store does not adjust by the quantity.   If you want to order more than 1 jar, contact us and we will send you the coupon.  Apply the coupon online before checkout.

3. Text us at (780) 270-1078. 

Please note that if the order is not prepaid online and we do not receive your response within 2 weeks after we send the notification for pickup or delivery, we will cancel the order automatically.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS

1. Cash only if you come pick up in person or delivery within the city of Edmonton

2. Cheque if the order exceeds $50

3. Paypal if you place order in online store

Please note that we will make spawn after receiving the payment if you place the order in online store, or if the orders exceed $100.
